martinwolf Promotes Walter Yoon to Senior Vice President
SCOTTSDALE, ARIZONA, March 18, 2021 — martinwolf M&A Advisors (martinwolf) today announces the promotion of Walter Yoon to Senior Vice President.

Yoon, previously a Vice President with martinwolf, was responsible for supporting the execution of M&A transactions, analyzing business performance, and performing company and industry analyses. Since starting as an intern analyst almost a decade ago, he has supported divestitures, private equity recapitalizations, buy-side transactions and stock/asset sales.
During his time at martinwolf, Yoon has primarily worked in the IT Consulting, Solution Provider, and SaaS spaces. Some of his previous transactions include Insight Enterprises’ (NASDAQ:NSIT) acquisition of Datalink (NASDAQ:DTLK), Computacenter’s (LSE:CCC) acquisition of FusionStorm, and divestiture of Systemax’s North America Technology Group (NYSE:SYX) to PCM (NASDAQ:PCMI).
He is a FINRA-registered broker and graduated from Cornell University with a B.S. in Applied Economics and Management.
