Michael is an investment banking professional with deep expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem, IT asset disposition (ITAD), and SaaS industries. Since joining the firm in 2019, he has led and supported the execution of more than 30 M&A transactions, including the sales of companies such as QuantiQ, Websan Solutions, TIG, Business IT Source, and Grade A, as well as buy-side mandates for clients such as RSM, Celestica, and Companial.

He brings a strong foundation in financial analysis, transaction execution, and industry research, with a particular focus on advising clients in the IT services and enterprise technology sectors. His sector knowledge enables him to deliver nuanced insights and strategic guidance throughout each phase of the deal process.

He graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles and holds a B.A. in Business Economics and is a FINRA-registered broker.
