Jacob is responsible for leading and supporting the execution of M&A transactions, with a focus on financial analysis, valuation, and industry research. He has executed over 25 transactions across public and private markets, building deep experience in client advisory and strategic analysis.

Before joining the firm, he was an Analyst at Piper Sandler & Co., where he supported more than $1 billion in transactions within the capital markets.

He graduated from Arizona State University and holds a B.S. in Finance and a Minor in Real Estate and is a FINRA-registered broker.
