Cindy brings decades of experience in the financial industry, with a strong track record in private equity recapitalizations, strategic transactions, and buy-side advisory. She has expertise across the technology sector, having worked with IT service firms, software companies, and solution providers.

At the firm, she leads the execution of buyside M&A engagements and plays a key role in business development. Prior to joining the firm, she served as a sell-side research analyst at Citizens JMP and held positions at Ford Equity Research and Morgan Stanley.

She graduated from the University of California, San Diego, and is a CFA charterholder and a FINRA-registered broker.
