Senior Vice President

Cindy has decades of experience in the financial industry and has worked on numerous IT M&A transactions while at martinwolf. She has worked on PE recapitalizations, strategic transactions, and buy-side advisory transactions. She is experienced working with solution providers, IT service providers and software companies. Cindy is responsible for leading the day-to-day activities on active M&A engagements, as well as business development for the firm.

Prior to joining martinwolf, Cindy worked as a sell-side Associate Research Analyst for JMP Securities. She has also held roles at Ford Equity Research and Morgan Stanley.

Cindy graduated from University of California, San Diego and is a CFA charterholder. She is a FINRA-registered broker.

Cindy joined martinwolf in 2017.
