Anthony Lembo

Managing Director

For over 26 years at the firm, Anthony has led transactions with clients in IT product distribution, services and sales, including CompuTone, Corporate PC Source, More Direct, PC Connection, Logicalis, Westcon, Zones, Inc., and Versatile Systems. Before martinwolf, he was a founder and Chief Operating Officer of National Data Products (NDP), a product and systems integrator. While at NDP, the company grew from a start-up to $200 million in revenue and was successfully sold to Dataflex Corporation, a NASDAQ-traded public company.

At Dataflex, he served as President, COO, and CFO, with responsibility for sales, operations, and finance. He led the restructuring of the company, including divestitures of divisions to GE, Vanstar, and private equity, as well as the sale of the company to CompuCom. He has over 27 years of experience in senior management and IT-related businesses. He started his career as an IT consultant with Arthur Andersen & Co., where he designed and developed IT and financial systems for Fortune 500 clients.

He received a B.S. in Accounting from Montclair State University and an M.B.A. from the University of South Florida. He is a certified public accountant and a FINRA-registered broker.
