Alec Buchenic

Vice President

Alec is responsible for leading and supporting the execution of M&A transactions. He provides strategic advice on mergers, acquisitions, and other financial transactions, while analyzing business performance, conducting company and industry analyses, and working closely with and directly supporting clients on a day-to-day basis. He has helped lead the closing of 5+ transactions during his career.

Before joining the firm, he was a Senior Analyst at KeyBanc Capital Markets, where he served as the lead advisor supporting M&A transactions of distribution and services companies.

He graduated from John Carroll University with a B.S. in Finance and from Case Western Reserve University with a Master’s in Corporate Finance and is a FINRA-registered broker.
