Cindy Thomas Promoted to Senior Vice President

SCOTTSDALE, ARIZONA, May 2, 2022 — martinwolf M&A Advisors (martinwolf) today announces the promotion of Cindy Thomas to Senior Vice President.

Cindy is responsible for leading the day-to-day activities on active M&A engagements, as well as business development for the firm.

 

Since joining martinwolf in 2017, she has worked on PE recapitalizations, strategic transactions and buy-side advisory transactions with solution providers, IT service providers and software companies.

 

Previous transactions include the sale of Network Computing Architects to ISSQUARED, RSM’s acquisitions of MondayCall and the ServiceNow assets of Rego Consulting and Computacenter’s acquisition of Fusion Storm.

 

Cindy, a graduate of University of California, San Diego, is a CFA charterholder and a FINRA-registered broker.
