RSM US LLP is the nation’s leading provider of assurance, tax and consulting services focused on the middle market. Wise Consulting Associates, Inc., is a leader in implementing and optimizing Human Capital Management software as well as providing professional payroll support and advisory services to Human Resources and Payroll Management teams. RSM announced that the transaction closed on May 1, 2023.

The Wise Consulting group will operate as a wholly owned independent operating subsidiary of RSM US LLP until transitioning to RSM’s systems in late fall 2023.
