martinwolf Promotes Matthew Putzulu to Chief Operating Officer of IT ExchangeNet

SCOTTSDALE, ARIZONA, May 5, 2021 — martinwolf M&A Advisors (martinwolf) today announces the promotion of Matthew Putzulu to Chief Operating Officer of IT ExchangeNet (ITX).

Putzulu, a Vice President at martinwolf, has led and supported multiple cross-border buy- and sell-side transactions since joining the firm in 2012. In his new role, he will lead all growth initiatives and operations for ITX, martinwolf’s sister firm.

Previous transactions include CSC (now DXC)’s acquisition of eBECS, Buchanan Technologies’ investment by Lightview Capital, and the combination of Grade A Technologies and Convergence Networks in partnership with Riverside Partners.

 

He is a FINRA-registered broker and currently an M.B.A. candidate at the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. Putzulu also holds a B.A. with Honors in History with a concentration in Economic History from Berkeley.
